All VehicleWise (Specialist Diesel Ltd) engines are covered by a 12 month unlimited mileage warranty. All engines are tested prior to final inspection and dispatch. Our engine reconditioning process begins with the disassembly of the donor unit (old core), it is stripped back to component parts for inspection and cleaning before our engineers begin the skilled process of reconditioning.
All of our reconditioned gearboxes are fully stripped down and cleaned internally and externally before being fully rebuilt by our skilled engineers using specialist tools and upgraded bearings, hubs, synchros, and seals. Prior to dispatch/fitment, the reconditioned gearbox is resealed and tested for operation. For your peace of mind, all reconditioned gearboxes are protected by a nationwide 12-month, unlimited-mileage warranty.
We keep a large stock of reasonably priced, high-quality reconditioned turbos on hand. All remanufactured turbos have been thoroughly rebuilt, with all wear sensitive components such as bearings, seals, and piston rings replaced, vanes, shafts, and valves checked and replaced against original manufacturer specifications, and all housing units cleaned and sandblasted before reassembly and balancing.
