First got in touch with Alex to sort out date for re con engine,back in November while away in Europe in van. Arrived to Accrington van was straight in,and received free use of courtesy car. Van took a day and half longer than expected due to problem waiting for couple items,but we still left in time to be in Berlin for Christmas with our son. In the February the van developed a small oil leak while in Gibraltar,called Alex,told him what was happening,asked me to bring it in as soon as back in UK. Arrived back in UK in the March,oil leak had got no worse,organised date to drop off van, informed Alex they could have it for the week,and collected on the Saturday. Very happy with Alex and his team.
